Admiral Jovan Grbavac to attend U.S. Navy Ceremony

By personal invitation, Vice Admiral Jovan Grbavac will attend a ceremony on July 22 in Annapolis, Maryland, to recognize the change of command of the United States Navy. Admiral Michael G. Mullen, former Commander of Joint Force Command Naples (NATO), will be assuming command of the U.S. Navy as Chief of Naval Operations of the United States Navy, from Admiral Vern Clark.

The ceremony will be attended by numerous political leaders and military officers from the United States Government. Admiral Mullen personally invited Admiral Grbavac to the ceremony as a sign of the improving relationship between the U.S. Navy and the Navy of Serbia and Montenegro.

Admiral Jovan Grbavac prisustvovaće svečanosti u organizaciji američke mornarice

Vice Admiral Jovan Grbavac prisustvovaće, po ličnom pozivu, 22. jula u Anapolisu, Merilend, svečanoj primopredaji dužnosti komande nad američkom mornaricom. Admiral Majkl Dž. Malen, bivši komandant Združenih snaga NATO-a u Napulju preuzeće od Admirala Verna Klarka komandu nad američkom mornaricom kao Zapovednik pomorskih operacija mornarice Sjedinjenih Država.

Svečanosti će prisustvovati brojni politički lideri i vojni službenici Vlade Sjedinjenih Država. Admiral Malen lično je pozvao Admirala Grbavca na svečanost kao znak poboljšanja odnosa između mornarice SAD i mornarice Srbije i Crne Gore.
