U.S. Special Representative Frank G. Wisner to Visit Belgrade October 30-31

Ambassador Frank G. Wisner, U.S. Special Representative to the Kosovo Status Talks, will visit Belgrade October 30-31. During his visit, Ambassador Wisner will meet senior officials of the Serbian government and civil society leaders to discuss the Kosovo status process and Serbia's democratic future.
