U.S. Attaché Visits International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad
On May 16, the Agricultural Attaché of the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, Dr. Hassan F. Ahmed, visited the 73rd International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad. Dr. Ahmed met with the General Director of the Novi Sad Fair, Dr. Aleksandar Andrejević, who introduced the new opened facilities that included conference halls and business offices at the fairground. Dr. Ahmed pointed out that he was very pleased with the organization of the fair and the presence of many regional and international companies at the Novi Sad Fair which reflect the close business cooperation and renewed market interest by countries in the region in Serbia.
Dr. Andrejević presented many of the benefits of the new Master Center, which will enable the Novi Sad Fair management to fulfill increased demand from domestic and foreign companies for conference halls and business meeting places. According to Andrejević, the cooperation between Fairs in the region is now even better because the Head Office of the Exhibition Association of Southeast Europe (EASE) is now located in the Master Center. The Novi Sad Fair initiated the creation of this association which currently includes twenty-one fairs in the region.

AMERIČKI ATAŠE POSETIO MEĐUNARODNI SAJAM POLJOPRIVREDE U NOVOM SADU
Dr. Hasan F. Ahmed, Ataše za poljoprivredu pri ambasadi SAD u Beogradu, posetio je 16. maja 2006. godine 73. Međunarodni sajam poljoprivrede u Novom Sadu. Dr. Ahmed se sastao sa Dr. Aleksandrom Andrejevićem, generalnim direktorom sajma u Novom Sadu, koji je predstavio novootvoreni centar sajma u okviru koga se nalaze sale za konferencije i kancelarije. Dr. Ahmed je istakao da je vrlo zadovoljan organizacijom sajma i činjenicom da su mnoge regionalne i međunarodne kompanije prisutne na sajmu u Novom Sadu, što odražava blisku poslovnu saradnju i obnovljene tržišne interese zemalja u regionu za Srbiju.
Dr. Andrejević je naznačio brojne prednosti novog Master Centra i mogućnost uprave sajma da ispuni visoke zahteve domaćih i stranih kompanija po pitanju sala za konferencije i prostorija za poslovne sastanke. Andrejević smatra da je saradnja između sajmova u regionu sada još bolja s obzirom da se glavna kancelarija Asocijacije sajmova Jugoistočne Evrope (Exhibition Association of Southeast Europe – EASE) nalazi u Master Centru. Novosadski sajam je inicijator ove asocijacije, u okviru koje trenutno posluje 21 sajam iz regiona. |
