The Office of Public Affairs is responsible for the public diplomacy activities of the U.S. Embassy in media relations, cultural and educational activities, and through the services of the Information Resource Center. It administers and conducts information, educational exchange, and cultural programs for the United States Government overseas and provides public affairs advice and support to the American Ambassador and to other officials at the American Embassy.
