- The contractor must provide a Court Certificate for personnel that are designated to work on Embassy premises and residences.

- Svaki put kada se podnosi tenderska ponuda, potrebno je podneti, odnosno vratiti ceo tenderski paket i priložiti sve raspoložive kontakt informacije – adresu, telefon, faks, e-mail adresu, web adresu itd.
- Poželjno je da u firmi ima barem jedno lice koje ima dovoljno znanje engleskog jezika za nesmetano komuniciranje na tom jeziku jer se sva pismena i većina usmene komunikacije odvija na engleskom jeziku.
- Sve firme koje dobiju posao na tenderu, a čiji će radnici raditi u objektima ambasade, moraju dostaviti uverenje da ti radnici nisu pod istragom. Uverenje ne sme biti starije od 6 (šest) meseci.

Solicitation for 3^rd party liability vehicle insurance

The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award a fixed-price contract for one year with four options to renew for 3rd party liability vehicle insurance for U.S. Embassy Belgrade official vehicles. Requirement for photographer services

The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award multiple but not more than three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for photographer & photo production services for one year with qualified vendors. If you are interested in being considered for a BPA with the Embassy, please send a fax to 011/361-5916 to request an appointment for a portfolio review.

Requirement for translation services

The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for written, consecutive and simultaneous translation services to/from Serbian and English for one to five years with qualified translators. If you are interested in being considered for a BPA with the Embassy, please send a fax to 011/361-5916 stating your qualifications, your area of specialty and contact information.
